Who can be listed
We list legal businesses serving Pattaya residents and visitors: hotels, condos, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, dentists, schools, gyms, markets, real estate, services. Listings are free for legitimate operators.
Who we won't list
- Businesses operating without required Thai licenses.
- Establishments associated with documented scams, harassment, or violence.
- Activities prohibited under Thai law.
- Businesses that have closed (we mark closed listings rather than delete them).
Verification
Each listing is verified before publication: name, location, working phone or website, and a current photo where possible. We re-check listings annually.
How to claim or update a listing
Use the suggest a business form to add a new one, or the report incorrect info form to fix an existing one.
Sponsored listings
Businesses can pay for featured placement. Sponsored listings are clearly labelled. They do not affect editorial rankings — see our advertising disclosure.
