    Overview

Jomtien sits immediately south of Pratumnak Hill, with a 6 km beach that's wider and calmer than Pattaya Beach. The area is dominated by mid-rise condos, hotels, restaurants on Beach Road and Jomtien Second Road, and a substantial European expat population. Quieter than Central Pattaya but still walkable and well served by baht buses. Best balance of beach access, calm, and amenities.
