    Safety Tips

    • Always wear a helmet - it's the law in Thailand
    • Ride with lights and reflectors, especially at dusk
    • Stay on the left side of the road (Thailand drives on the left)
    • Avoid Beach Road - heavy traffic, use backroads instead
    • Early morning (5-8 AM) is the best time to ride - cooler and less traffic
    • Carry water - dehydration is a real risk in tropical heat
