Safety Tips
- Always wear a helmet - it's the law in Thailand
- Ride with lights and reflectors, especially at dusk
- Stay on the left side of the road (Thailand drives on the left)
- Avoid Beach Road - heavy traffic, use backroads instead
- Early morning (5-8 AM) is the best time to ride - cooler and less traffic
- Carry water - dehydration is a real risk in tropical heat
