Tukcom IT Mall (attached to Friendship) is the go-to for electronics: phones, laptops, camera gear, gaming accessories, and phone repairs. Multiple floors of small shops — compare prices across several before buying. Friendship supermarket offers imported foods not found elsewhere. Located on South Pattaya Road. More local feel — fewer tourists than Central. Bargaining possible at smaller shops. Be cautious of counterfeit electronics. Open daily 10 AM–9 PM.

Terminal 21 Pier 21: cheapest (35–50 THB), largest variety, use prepaid card system. Central Festival Tops Food Hall: mid-range (50–80 THB), clean, good quality Thai food. Royal Garden: limited food court, mainly restaurants. Central Marina: street food section plus restaurants. Best restaurant concentration: Central Festival (MK, Fuji, Sizzler, After You, Starbucks, plus 30+ more). For budget eating, Terminal 21 food court is unbeatable — same quality Thai food for half the price of Central Festival.
