    Who we are

Pattaya Knowledge is built by a small editorial team plus a wider network of local contributors — long-term expats, retired professionals, business owners, drivers, teachers, nurses, and recent arrivals — who share what they know.

    Contributor standards

    • You must actually live in (or regularly visit) Pattaya.
    • You disclose financial conflicts of interest with any business you write about.
    • You don't accept payment from businesses you cover editorially.
    • You attribute facts to sources and accept editorial review.

    How to contribute

Send a pitch to our editorial team via the contact page. Include the topic, why you're qualified, and one example paragraph. We typically respond within a week.

    What we publish from contributors

First-person experience pieces (under stories), business reviews after at least three real visits, area updates from current residents, and translation help for Thai-language content.

    Conflict of interest disclosure

Where a contributor has a financial relationship with a subject — owns the business, gets a referral fee, is paid by them — we disclose it inline on that page. No exceptions.
