    Essential Pet Tips for Pattaya

    • Heat precautions: Walk dogs early morning (before 8am) or after 5pm. Pavements get extremely hot.
    • Tick & flea prevention: Year-round treatment is essential in tropical climates.
    • Stray dogs: Keep your pet leashed. Stray dogs can be territorial and may carry diseases.
    • Emergency vet: Save Pattaya Animal Hospital's 24/7 number in your phone.
    • Pet insurance: Consider local pet insurance through Thai insurers for ~฿3,000–8,000/year.
