2. Find your listing and claim it
Search the directory for your business, open its page, and click "Claim this Business." You'll fill in your contact details and a short note on how you can prove ownership (business registration, utility bill, etc.).
3. We review and approve
A site admin reviews the claim against the proof you provided. Approvals typically happen within 48 hours. You'll be notified once your claim is approved.

Approved listings display a Verified badge, signalling to visitors that the listing is confirmed by its owner.

Internal ops: how admins approve a claim
Pending claims are reviewed at /admin/claims. If that panel is unavailable, an admin can approve a claim directly against the database:
UPDATE business_claims SET status='approved', reviewed_at=now(), approved_owner_id=user_id WHERE id='<claim-id>';
This is an internal fallback, not a customer-facing feature.
